• Rights to Data and Photos: By uploading photos and providing party room details, you grant the Company a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, transferable, and sublicensable right to use, store, reproduce, modify, adapt, and display the data and photos for the purposes of providing and promoting the services offered on the Website.

3. Merchant Obligations and Responsibilities

• Compliance with Laws: You agree to comply with all applicable laws and regulations while using the merchant portal. You are solely responsible for ensuring that your party room details and uploaded content do not violate any third-party rights or infringe any intellectual property rights.
• Accuracy of Information: You are responsible for ensuring the accuracy and completeness of the party room details and photos uploaded through the merchant portal. The Company shall not be liable for any errors, omissions, or inaccuracies in the information provided by you.
• Content Ownership: You represent and warrant that you have the necessary rights and permissions to upload the photos and party room details. You retain ownership of your content; however, you grant the Company the rights specified in Section 2.3 for the purpose of providing the services.

4. Intellectual Property

• Company's Intellectual Property: The Website, including its design, text, graphics, logos, trademarks, and other content, are the intellectual property of the Company or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
